Not at all. The term “boot camp” refers to the intensive and focused nature of the training. You will be respected as a CEO, and there will be no yelling or aggressive behavior aimed at you.
By spiritual, we mean that we encourage participants to believe in something “bigger” or “higher” than themselves. You could be faith-based, spiritual, nature-loving, or conscious and you would fit right in. We respect individual beliefs and do not try to convert anyone.

Meet Queen- the first African American female in U.S. Army field artillery history to earn the rank of first sergeant-one of the first females to serve aboard the USS Wasp in U.S. Navy history-an Entrepreneur that opened El Paso's first full service vegan restaurants- an international speaker who's largest live talk was to 5,000 world leaders-a true trailblazer with an incredible story of triumph and never giving up.
Queen's story starts with humble beginnings in Atlanta, Georgia and the discouragement of a school counselor. When she was in high school, Queen became a mother, a situation that posed considerable hardships. One day, while waddling down the hall with her hand cradling her stomach, a school counselor looked at her and said "your life will never amount to nothing." Shocked, Queen couldn't hear anything else for the rest of the day. Eventually, that voice motivated her to enlist into the U.S. Navy, with her baby on her hip-leaving everything she knew behind.
Then came her next challenge-speaking. Communication was difficult for Queen. In the Navy she would give directions to the members of her team and they would look confused because of her stutter. She felt ashamed and would shrink to the back of the room.
Then came another challenge-the inner critic. By the time Queen crossed over from the Navy to the Army a bold vision appeared. It was an image of her speaking in front of millions of people and traveling the world. Queen thought it was an ironic and cruel vision. She wondered who would dare to listen to her or even understand her. She would replay clips of the horrible school counselor saying she was nothing. She would also replay the more recent clips featuring the men in the company meetings interrupting her and stealing her ideas. The inner critic reminded her that she couldn't even stand up for herself, so how could she possibly get through a sentence on a stage.
BUT- once again, Queen faced her struggles with communication head on. She silenced her inner critic, tenaciously worked to conquer her speaking challenges, gained extraordinary confidence and ultimately found her voice. Her journey was not without challenges, but she emerged victorious as the first African American female in field artillery to earn the rank of First Sergeant in U.S. Army history. Beyond her military achievements, Queen's entrepreneurial spirit shined brightly. While still on active duty, she defied expectations and opened not one but two successful vegan restaurants. She also opened a consulting office that helped other women to break barriers and become great entrepreneurs.
In addition, this led to speaking engagements that took her across the globe, empowering audiences from Africa to Asia. Her largest live talk was to 5,000 world leaders. She has spoken in rooms with powerful people who look nothing like her. Queen's innovation in business earned her numerous accolades and media recognition, solidifying her position as a leader in both business and the military.
